  • If the student has accessed course materials, lectures, or downloadable resources.

  • If the purchase was made during special promotional or discounted offers, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. The processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
